Las Vegas - Nevada

Moisture in the air will create surface rust on bare metal. You can just wipe it off with a rag.

He's a busy guy, that's why this project is almost 4 years in the making. He's an incredible (race)car builder/fabrictor though, so I don't mind him taking his time.

The end result will be that I have a high quality custom built car, built by my friend and I... that would have cost me more than double the money if it would have been built in a shorter time by a shop. :)

verkeerde locatie voor een oliekoeler :hmmm:

Voor bij de radiator lijkt hij me veel beter te koelen.

No space upfront behind the grill and the air that flows underneath the car while driving will cool it off just fine.

Billet aluminum intercooler manifold adapters with braided hoses installed. Now the hose connections are on the driver side, where we need them.

So the TTI headers won’t fit? Even though they sell them as a plug and play headers?

I knew that they wouldn't fit, that is why I ordered them in bare metal. They are being ceramic coated, now that they've been cut and welded to fit.

They don't make headers for the Challenger TR6060 bellhousing (=starter on the passenger side) in combination with the factory k frame.

They assume that if you do a Hellcat swap with a classic Mopar that you use an aftermarket bellhousing (=starter on the driver's side) and aftermarket tubular k frame.

In my opinion, the factory bellhousing/engine connection and factory reinforced k frame are stronger than the aftermarket parts. I try to use factory engineered parts when I think that they are superior to aftermarket parts.
