Battery relocation kit with battery disconnect switch installed.

Because I couldn't find one of those for $8500.

With a smaller blower pulley and bigger injectors, this engine should have about 800hp at the crankshaft, which should be plenty to get a 3500 pnds/1600 kg streetcar down the road.

Well, since the manual transmission out of an SRT8 that I bought a couple years ago can only handle 470 lb/ft of torque and my Hellcat engine produces over 650 lb/ft... I had to buy a stronger one. So now I have a tr6060 out of a 2016 Challenger Hellcat with 5k miles on it.

My build plans have changed a lot over the years. When I started, the plan was to build a "cheap" rat musclecar, using all the spare parts I have. :hmmm:

The plan for the future is to restore my '69, and then I'm done restoring cars. I'm just going to drive and enjoy them. 8)

I picked up my hellcat tr6060 transmission today. Together with the McLeod clutch, it should be bullet proof and last a long time... since my car is a 1000 pnds/453 kg lighter than the Challenger it was designed for.
