Because the car is lowered, a regular transmission mount underneath the transmission would stick out from underneath the car and probably scrape the ground too often so Chris fabricated a rear mount.

Yes, he sometimes posts stuff on Mopars unlimited. :)

Transmission mount is finished. Nothing sticking out below the sub frame connectors.

I came across a brand new 2.8L Kenne Bell Mammoth blower for "cheap", that should be good for about 850 hp at the crank... so that's it for the twin turbos I had planned. :)

Got my short shifter in the mail today. Hopefully I guessed the offset right... otherwise we'll have to customize it a bit. :)

Rear aluminum bumper brackets done. Going to save a lot of weight together with the fiberglass bumpers.
The factory steel front bumper brackets weigh 25 pounds (11.3kg) and the rears weigh 6 pounds (2.7kg).

Mooie gewichtsbesparing aan de bumpers.
Heb er bij m'n Dart ook aan zitten denken.

If you want to keep it simple and cheap, you can always take a plasma cutter and modify your factory brackets.

I blasted and painted the seat track assemblies and the transmission brackets and seats came back from powder coating.

My buddy talked me into upgrading the front suspension some more, so I bought some QA1 parts. Tubular upper control arms, aluminum single adjustable (rebuildable) shocks and aluminum dynamic strut rods.

True, but I don't think it would be comfortable on long road trips. :D

I finished the seats and my buddy welded a sump on to the gas tank and made a second filler pipe opening in the tank and trunk floor.
