Wat ik niet begrijp is hoe een bedrijf dat zo met hun klanten omgaat kan overleven en zelfs groter groeien. After service is minstens zo belangrijk als de daadwerkelijke verkoop van parts en auto's want je wilt toch dat je klant terug komt bij jouw toko als er meer onderdelen of reparaties nodig zijn. De muscle car scene is niet zo heel groot in Nederland en het Mopar wereldje al helemaal niet, dus je naam te grabbel gooien door niet achter je producten en services te staan zal je uiteindelijk toch je kop gaan kosten.
